Gems and the Covid shoker

Gems proudly announced that they would cover Covid tests. Well for the last month and a half I've been trying to submit a claim. After three tries submitting with no response I complained. I was then requested to submit additional information. After submitting Gems again decided to request further information. After a month and a half Gems is still not capable to process a claim. Shocking comes to mind.

The one star is just because they do sometimes respond.
