GEMS and its EVO option are now kaak!!!

Well I have 3 problems: 1. Marara pharmacy is ****, I am still waiting for my medication to be delivered, I am only left with 2 days’ supply; pharmacy direct used to delivery about 5 days before you ran out of your supply. 2. I submitted a new chronic prescription for authorisation for one of my dependents, it’s been a week and still no word. 3. I send an email wanting to confirm my banking details because I want to submit a claim, more than a week and still no reply.
