GEMS an abomination of desolation

If I could give GEMS 0 star rating I would. The chronic medicine service has been an abomination since April 2023. For 6 weeks during end May and June I had to go onto 1/2 of the normal daily medication or no medication at all due to no delivery or GEMS not allowing our designated pharmacy to provide my medication. This is unacceptable. I have sent email after email and made phone call after phone call during a 4 month period with no improvement in the supply of my medication. I'm so upset with this useless bunch of people and fed up with dealing with them and getting absolutely nowhere, I'm now suicidal. Will someone please help!
