GEMS again solves the problem

Thanks GEMS for solving an issue I had. GEMS put my mother on as main member after my Father passed away. The staff that responded to a problem on Hello Peter are terrific people and want to solve the problem. Again GEMS has saved the day. Thank you!!!!!!
