I find it absolutely unacceptable the way the administrators of gems namely medsheme hospital authorization for home nursing care, mhg alternative care case manager and the client care manager treated me as a member that is terminally ill. There services for are extremely poor and they don't have no compassion for gems members

I was asked by the alternative care manager and hospital. Auth department and client care manager numerous drs reports and motivations of both the specialist doctors. I have a rare disease #ehlerdanlos that caused over 19 co morbities and are in cardiac failure. I got a email from the alternative care manager that the quotations codes for my assistive devices was wrong and i must ask the medical supplier to resend quotes. I also received a sms that my hospital. Authiration of the 20 may have been declined and that home care nursing is a exclusion and i must apply for ex gratia.

I am bedridden at the moment and terminally ill but instead of gems helping me as a client, has put me under undue stress that is worsening my condition.

The administrators of gems clearly shows no transparency and their service delivery are utmost poor.
