GEMS ADMIN and ONLINE site sheer hell

ADMIN and ONLINE site sheer hell GEMS has not updated my member number. I cannot put in any claims. The 'contact me' site does not function. The general enquiries personnel could not assist me.

I have tried and tried and tried. It is exhausting, frustrating and scary not to be able to resolve this issues as I have a lot of bills I am needing reimbursed. I
