GEMS a disappointment

I haven't received my chronic medication which was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. I called and called, sent emails but dololo, no medication. Even though the medication was processed on the 10th of February.

This is chronic medication which was not delivered Which means they are the reason I default on my medication and the reason my health deteriorate due to medication.

It is disappointing considering the price hike we got changed in January, then the service is worse that going to the government clinic and waiting on the long queues. Why pay but there is no value for the money you spent

It is zero star for GEMS and their chronic medication delivery department
