I randomly got an email stating that I owe R3000+. There is no way I can owe GEMS money, because I haven't been to the hospital at all and I hardly claim things. Not only did they send me a threatening letter about owning money, they deducted R488 separately from my persal without my permission. I've been with gems since 2017, but after this O will leave if it's not corrected. I can't pay money for free.
