GEMS
I submitted an application for GEMS requesting commence date to be 1 December 2018.However , when I received a letter of acceptance , it indicates 1 September 2018 as Registration Date and 1 December 2018 as the Benefit Date. I then phone and correct them to say 1 December 2018 should be Registration Date and 1 March 2019 to be the Benefit date since I have catered for it financially. They promise to change it and write formally that they did but to date there is no response. I do not want money deducted from account on the 15 September 2018 without my consent.
