I recently had to interact with GEMS' Claims Department regarding a refund from GEMS for services which I had paid a certain amount. My experience with the consultants at GEMS really pleased me in tge sense tgat they were extremely helpful and my application for a refund was quickly sorted out. Now I am waiting for a report from a doctor and then my refund will be paid 8nto my bank account. Thank you GEMS for your wonderful service.
