GEMMS IS A USELESS MEDICAL AID AND STAFF

I called and requested a medical health history for my deceased mother from GEMS dating from the 1 of nJanuary 2020 to January 2021 I was told to submit some documents which i did.That was Last week Wednesday I was informed or told it would take two days then I called them to check this Monday I was then told it will take another 2 days cause the request was not sent through to the back office.I called after 48 hours they gave me the run around and dropped the twice I called again today then I was told they will not give it to me the company that wants it should send them the request not.What a waste my time with useless call center agents they could have tols me that from the beggining....
