Hi. Please help with gems, as it is a nightmare to get to anyone on the line and if and when you do, you are put on hold for +- 30 minutes. Patient Natanya S Joseph (01/01/92) was re-instated on medical aid last year with a waiting period of a year for her chronic condition of Asthma. This year she was diagnosed with a new condition and gems is refusing to pay the hospital and Lab accounts. Kindly assist urgently as we are not in position to pay cash.
