Gatvol vir Gems

I am very dissappointed in GEMS. My medical aid was terminated on 28 February and I did not give Gems any permission to terminate or fill in a termination form. In the beginning of February I received the sms stating they will terminate my medical aid. I phoned them, emailed them and they said they will sort it out because it was a person with the same name as me that was terminating their medical aid, but the membership numbers were different, but still they terminate my.medical aid without permission. So dissapointed.
