I am so disappointed with gems to a point I don't even know where to go for help. I have a doctors claim that the medical has been delaying to pay due to motivations and referrals from the referreringdoctocs. The claim is from the 10th of April 2025. I have been requested to submit the motivations and I did as requested. I have been told that the matter has ben escalated since may 2025 to this day. Everytime I call am being told about the escalation. As we speak I have been holding for the to let me speak to someone senior for the past 20 minutes.
