Full of nonsense and ****

I am fed up with GEMS. They are soo abusive mentally, physically and emotionally. I have complained about the same thing for twenty eleven times. I was promised that once I send through the proof that I have paid for my nurika, for December and November I will receive my refund. I have sent through the documents wanted, and dispute being promised that I will receive a call after 48 hours which I never received, even though I know that my documents were received and I received a confirmation email from them that my documents were received. I followed up myself after a week and I was promised that the documents were escalated and I will be refunded but nothing. When I followed up again now I am being told that the reason gems didn't pay was that my benefits were depleted when I explained to that agent she now changes the story to say that the pharmacy that I bought the medication from claimed from day to day benefits they must claim from chronic benefits, and I am not getting a refund. After I have wasted a lot of money in airtime.
