Frustration and confusion caused by the medical aid.

Frustration recieved from medical aid. In January the medical aid was increased which I did not have a problem with it. In February again the medical aid was increased, March also was increased and a double deduction on my salary. On the 25/03/2021 I approached gems branch office concerning f the double deductions I was told the matter will escalated. Secondly my dependent who is at the tertiary has been converted into an adult even though proof of registration was submitted. My other dependent was suspended since 2020, but surprisingly her contribution s arw still been deducted from my salary how strange. When asked about thos mistry I was told that they are waiting for me to inform them that she must be terminated, how on earth am suppose to know if they are the ones who suspended her. When asked about refund was told dreams. On 30/03/21 I recieved a call from germs and then transferred to the gems contributions department the guy told me to stay on the line since then and hangups the phone since then he never responded or said anything. Literally I am still holding on for him to date. This government medical aid is frustrating me because I do not know what would happen this month whether they will take my whole salary I really do not know.
