Frustrated Dependant Member of GEMS for chronic medication approval
Hi,
I am a dependant of GEMS with my brother as a Member. For 3 years I've been frustrated in obtaining approval for chronic medication. Approval was only given on the 10th April 2025 via email. Today, 21st May 2025, I went to Clicks for this chronic medication and they inform that approval is only for 1 medication (DuoTrav) BUT not for BRIMOCT. This bunch cannot get anything right the first time, even the second time and even the third time.
