Frustrated and furious

It's a month now I submitted my prescription I am deprived my medication by the *********** courier from Gems called Marara who keeps saying they can't see my prescription my doctor sent it I sent it ,they even gave me reference number but they are unbothered. This is not the first time instead they keep sending me notifications. This courier is the worst and it is going to put people at risk of loosing their lives.
