Frustrated

I have been trying to finalize my mother’s application for months now. The Z583 form is outstanding but the GEPF can not complete the processing of the form without the membership being active.

I called their Call Centre numerous times requesting that they activate the membership & deduct the full amount from my mother’s bank account until the subsidy is finalized then reimburse her once the subsidy has been approved.

I spoke to two different people who said this can’t be done without the Z583 form? So what should I do now? They are waiting on the GEPF & the GEPF is waiting on them to active the membership so they can give them what they want, which is the Z583 form. How the hell do I get this resolved?
