I was admitted in hospital and upon discharge I was given a script of pills for 2months but the pharmacist gave me medication for 7 day and told I would have have to go buy them at dischem or click. Now I was told medication from the hospital comes from the hospital benifit now I have to go buy expensive medication to get better which is money I don’t have. I pay medical aid every month but when I am sick I have buy my own medication, which doesn’t make sense for me. Why have a medical aid when I am at a disadvantaged. I am gonna take the meds I was given and because I don’t have money for meds the symptoms will start again and I’ll go back to hospital and be admitted again and be given five days meds I’ll take them until when they are finished I’ll get sick again and go to hospital until I get better and cancel my medical aid at the end of the year. I’d rather pay discover medical aid and know they care about their patience and, and won’t be whistling my money. Gems is just a mafia that takes our money but refuse to help
