<p>I've been waiting on the response from your office based on the hearing and the weeks that were set out have passed, and i have a concerning matter with gems which proves they negligence.</p> <p>My sons has been off the scheme for almost 8 months and we submitted the document with the gems offices ad they have bee deducting from the salary ad his missed appointment with the orthodontist ad dentist this may cause him to end up with infection and if that may happen gems will be liable for such. i have proof to substantiate my claims so that i wont be given the run-around</p> <p>the treatment that i'm getting from gems is uncalled for and very undermining.</p> <p>hope to hear a response from your office.</p> <p>kind regards,<br />B.Kgwahla</p>
