FIX YOUR APP AND MEMBER WEBSITE
APP**** IN MAY 2024 FOR THE MEDICAL AID. THEY STARTED DEDUCTIONS IN JUNE 2024. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MEDICAL CERTIFICATE OR CARD. EVERYTIME I TRY TO LOGIN IN THEIR USELESS APP AND WEBSITE, IT ONLY LOADS AND NEVER WORKS. HOW DOES ONE GWT ACCESS TO THE BARE MINIMUM SO THEY CAN ACTUALLY GO FOR MEDICAL CHECKS????!!!!
