Financial abuse

Gems forced me to take anew medical aid which subjected me to GWP and specific waiting period whilst I was paying for it. I was not supposed to use it for 3months but when that 3months elapsed, I am still told there are no funds. So what was and still paying for all this time.I feel this money ******ion.

Can I get a breadown of the benefits including everything(e.g. radiology). I also need brochure for all the benefits that I qualify for
