I'm not happy with the service that I'm receiving from Gems, they are busy sending Medical aid statements when I call them they said there are fund that are due to the member and I must send relevant documents which I did on the 22/02/2021 and the said it will take five working days for the refund, till to date no refund and when I call their enquiries department they cannot tell when will it be done.
