Feeling like canceling this medical aid

I went then I opened a medical aid, then I went to add my daughter.

After a month I went back to enquire if my daughter was added because I couldn't see her on my medical certificate.

Then I found out they didn't add her and they lost a copy of her birth certificate.

Now I have to go back home and take my daughter's certificate and fill again a form. I wasted alot of petrol.

How do this people work, I feel like canceling medical aid.
