False statement and not paying medical account

In July statement was as follows Code used available 00 R1323.60 R2851.40 01 ××××× exhausted 02 R528. 14 R3646.86 03 R2182.53 R1992.47 for August statement says everyone has exhausted how can every one exhaust their medical aid because of one member exhaust the medical benefit for day to day, this is not fair one depandent cannot affect the whole defendant, this medical aid is useless , I once use other medical aid but this one is worse as even when your pregnant you have to pay doctors cash , they will tell you they don't cover gyanacologist, How can you go to Gp where's your pregnant, on the 07/08/17 dependent 00 which is main member went to consult and gems didn't pay the doctor where's theres available of R2851.40 and says money has exhausted, when we call them they tell us there's family limit of R8353 who did they tell about that as even on their statement there's no such thing that tell us family limit , we are paying a lot R3700 that we are paying is a lot to tell us all dependent has exhausted their funds where's everymonth They deduct. Is so stressing being pregnant and on the other site dealing with a useless medical aid. Everymonth I pay a doctor amount of R1000 for consultation where's I have medical aid ,this medical aid doesn't help at all. I used discovery before and I was pregnant i consultant until birth I never have stress with it but since I join government use gems is stressing, Gems is so useless and it deserve not to have Customer as it doesn't help .
