False info regarding waiting periods

I was using GEMS medical aid for so many years and at some stage I experienced financial difficulties and could not pay my premiums then they terminated my membership of which they were right. I have paid more than R10 000 in arrears and app**** to rejoin GEMS. Supprisingly they are now telling me of waiting periods yet they have a history of my medical condition and I have disclosed on the application forms which is their requirement to disclose so there would be no waiting period as it is stated on the forms. The information on in the forms is misleading people and for a company as big as that to write false information on the forms is just not OK. So embarrassing. May someone attend to it and apply fairness to the ailing citizens.
