Failing of payment

To be honest Gems is a useless medical aid I have ever seen, since January till March calling them regarding the claim that was submitted in December 2023 by my doctor till now they are escalating the matter even though they received all the documents. I'm so ****ed cz I have to pay the doctor by myself so that I can get Maternity leave letter.
