FAIL TO CANCEL

What gems is doing is very bad. I lost my mother during December 2017, i went to Arcadia branch and gave them the death certificate so that they cancel her in my medical aid. i called them today i found out that the is a certain guy who put her back in my medical aid, i dont know who gave him a permission to do that. they put her on a waiting period.
