What is wrong with GEMS??? The waiting period for queries to be addressed is absurd.

On 19 May I submitted A motivation for option change as I've been advised to do by my Gynae to change options as I need to pay in all the time. Recently I changed salary levels as well meaning I now need to pay a contribution for Tanzanite One.

I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS wrt to the status of the option change and been getting the same answer that the review board takes 60 days to decide, meanwhile I'm paying for Tanzanite monthly as well as paying in for the numerous things that GEMS don't pay for on this option!

Today, 26 July when speaking to an agent I'm told that it could take up to 90 days at their discretion. So why am I applying in the first place if gems can deny the change if they feel so? Take up to 3 months to decide on something that im going to pay a huge contribution towards as well.

I Just don't get it.
