Exgratia nightmare, basically according to I am just nothing. I don’t even count on their deadlines

Exgratia nightmare of note. Tomorrow the committee seats to decide on applications sent up until the 25th of February 2022. I app**** for exgratia since last year November 2021 they’ve been playing a game of cat and mouse. Until they confirmed all the documents were correct on the 23rd of Feb 2022. Now they call me and tell me my case can only be heard in July 2022. Which is nine months later I’ve done everything correctly from the in set but I am the one that is suffering. They only followed enquiries after I laid a complaint. Now I don’t know what to do because this level of incompetency can not be excused. I really don’t know why we pay medical aid. I can not accept this if I have to wait for another 9 months then this is a futile exercise. Something has to be done. Or they must just tell us to cancel the medical aid and wait for the governments medical insurance
