Please explain this to me ....<br> <br> You GEMS approved an EX GRATIA procedure for me ... But you did not inform me that you GEMS will not support me at all after the procedure .... <br> Now i also must find out i cannot do anything to you because the Council for Medical Aid cannot do anything to you because it was an EX GRATIA procedure .... you (GEMS) can do what you want without any consequences ... <br> <br> How can you do this??? it is like having insurance and you are not allowed to claim??? same principal ... .<br> <br> nobody informed me that not even 10% of your medical claims will be covered .... <br> <br> This is so unfair and so ???? i dont have word to express my utmost disappointment in this ....
