Excuses to pay out claim money for the past 8 months

It is now 8 months since I have put in my first claim. My daughter has GRAVES and have to go see a specialist every 6 months. Since then I have put another 2 claims which i still waiting for. Everytime they have an excuse. I had to give them a certified id that is not older than 3 months, proof of payment not older than 3 months, then the excuse was my address is not correct on my banking confirmation letter, then the excuse was that they don't know if our account is cheque or savings, saturday I called they said they did the payment and the money will be in with in the next 2 to 3 working days. Today is the fouth day and still nothing. Call them they tell me, my certified id copy is older than 3 month. That is how they rob you. I was depending on that money but that is how they keep you going until you as client give up!!!!!
