Exceptional service from agent

Recieved exceptional service from Lerato on the 22/10/2024 @ 15H10. I've been back and forth trying to sort out my claims being rejected, having speaking and explaining the same story over and over to different agents, but they still did not understand me. Until I got Lerato who understood my query 1st hand and explained everything so clearly to me, explained the processes, trying her best to help me on her side. Even when the call got cut off she called me back. I truly appreciate the excellent service i received. Keep up the good work!
