Excellent Service from Mrs Allie

I have been having problems with opening GEMS statements forever and no one could help me at GEMS. After numerous phone calls and emails requesting assistance in desperation, I went to Hello Peter.

Mrs Allie called me and within half an hour she had sorted the issue out.

She is so professional, patient, kind and understanding – and should be working for Bill Gates!

If more people were like Mrs Allie this world would be a lot easier to live in.

This is not the first time that Mrs Allie has assisted me and sorted the issue out.

I hope she will be recognised for being an outstanding employee.
