EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT SERVICE

I followed up on member claims as part of my job and Duduzile was truly amazing in the way she dealt with my frustrations with regards to colleagues of her's at Gems that did not have the same dedication and pride to deliver such an outstanding service as she did. Duduzile corrected other colleagues mistakes and she really gave me the best possible help. She's a champion and definitely the type of worker that should be promoted for her service delivery.
