Ex Gratia Payment

<p>I had a back operation on the 19th of July last year at Zuid Afrikaans Hospital in Pretoria. I app**** for an Ex Gratia payment of R27 241.80. After allmost a year, I received confirmation that they have paid an amount of R13 303.16 to the hospital.I am still waiting for feedback about the outstanding amount of R13 938.64 that has to be paid to the hospital. The hospital is now expecting me to pay that money. I cannot afford to pay it. </p>
