EX GRATIA

GEMS EXGRATIA APPLICATION I am very disappointed with the service rendered by the so called Exgratia Department .I have personally submitted 4 x original application forms and supporting documentation to the Gems head office in Durban. They have confirmed and showed me on their system that they already captured the details on the system .When you contact Gems Call centre you are transferred from one department to the other with no avail. I have left and send several emails with no avail. It is very annoying since they have approved hospital authorization but when it comes to payment they are making short payment.
