Estate savings payment

I have been waiting for Gems to payout my late mother's savings for over 6 months . Notifications I get to say we are looking into your enquiry but no feedback. No e-mail response on my numerous e-mails and documentations submitted. Talk about terrible service, i guess its a norm to render zero service to clients been when they have passed.
