Emotionally,physically and financially drained

I was hospitalised for almost a month towards the end of last year (October 2023).now medical bill are pilling up for unpaid medical fees from gems prior (when the disease started showing signs)and after my hospitalisation and I was finally diagnosed. I also go for tests on weekly basis and worried that bills are going to pile up even more. The diagnosis had a severe emotional and physical effect on me and now financially I'm also drained. The medical aid also failed to pay 100% for my dependant's hospital visits.some accounts are handed over. Just RECENTLY LEARNED I have (the right) to request medical service from a practitioner who falls under the gems umbrella. This info is new to me.please assist
