Emergency C-section payments

I’m so shattered with how GEMS has been treating me. Last year during my pregnancy I had to be rushed to the hospital. Gems later didn’t pay and I had to pay. My gynaecologist advised that I NEEDED do NIPT and I enquired with gems first, they gave me a go ahead and sent me a letter to go do it. But I later learnt that they are refusing to pay. I owe lancet +-8K. I had an emergency c-section, and apparently gems refused to pay some of the hospital bills. My gyms office and the hospital has been fighting them but they say I must pay it. It’s sad that I always have to pay for emergencies 😡😡
