Emerald Value 2024 increase is HORRIBLE !!!
Emerald Value 2024 increase is HORRIBLE !!! I am on pension with GEPF and only receive an annual increase between 2% - 3.5%. That means, at BEST scenario I only get R272.00 per month more but Gems increased by R455.00 (9.50%). HOW are people in my position supposed to fund the differences ??? Time for the National Health Insurance act to kick in. GEMS you are a GREEDY bunch !!!

Yes they did. But suggested that I DOWNGRADE and then make use of MOSTLY GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS and ALL benefits will drop by approximately 55% ????????????????????????? AT almost R6,000.00 per month I am DISGUSTED BEYOND WORDS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When the NHI becomes LAW and you go UNDER, you WILL REGRET doing this to those who have supported you. We are TIRED of always being milked by every single "provider" ... !!!
