*****ELENT CLAIMS BY DOCTORS

Honestly I regret changing the option from ruby to emarald value (which is not the reason for my complain) but it was better last year compare to this year . Since 2023 I get goosebumps every-time I open my statement. . . There’s forever claims that I’m not even aware of, rather never set my foot at their practices, don’t even know where they’re based. If it’s not occupational the****** , it is dietician, physiothe****** etc . . Myself and my son we the target, as we speak my day-to-day is almost finished.

I complained, wrote affidavit, got refunded some claims , but the same struggle still goes on .

Now my emails are not being responded :(

I pay my medical aid and Doctors feel they can just come and claim and I must end up paying cash should I consult coz fund will not be available this is stressing me .

I ended up sending an email for gems to cancel my medical ( this time I received a response) but I know deep down I don’t want to do it coz God forbit what if something happens . . My children are still young Joh please .
