duplicate payment

On the 21 September. 2015 I attended doc.Van de watt en I paid cash,when I requested refund because I was the one who made payment doc did claim any amount from gems to my surprise money was paid into doctors account ,i struggled to get refund after written to hello peter money was paid into my account early Dec I was phoned by doc telling me that gems deposited money into her account. She paid that money into my account.duplicate payment was made because of ignorance. On the 27 Dec I received statement from gems informing me that R800.was not paid to doc because there was no proof of payment.on the 13 January, I was phone by doctor telling me that gems reversed the money from her account,now I am suppose to pay her that amount. She gave me her ref.MH ***2,she was phoned by Albert. I have never seen *********** service provide like this one since last year I have been complaing about same issue. What makes me angry is that duplicate payment,now i am owing doc. Because of gems negligence. Pls gems organise your house it is out of order. <br>
