DUPED BY GEMS

I was duped to pay R11543 by GEMS so that they can reinstate my baby . I got an email directly from the medical aid scheme. I confirmed from the Braamfontein branch before making payment. After confirmation, l then went ahead and made payment. because I was desperate. After making payment I was informed that the baby will be automatically be reinstated on 1 November. Nothing happened on one November. On the third of November l was shocked to hear that they can not reinstated my baby despite submissions of various documents and escations up to November. I was requested to look for any document that crosses their mind from KJuly. This was their way of pushing time. I have exhausted all avenues in the past 7 months Nothing has happened. The worst part is when ever bring up the issue on Facebook, they send consultants to beg me not to expose their horrible service. The consultants at some point even mentioned that she will be calling me to give me updates every day and that's the end of the story. I have lost thousands of Rands calling the scheme. Right now l am sinking in Debt due to their evil . GEMS IS A **** AND JOINING GEMS IS SIGNING A DEATH SENTENCE AND THIS SCHEME MUST BE SHUT DOWN. IT IS EXTREMELY DISFUNCTIONAL. I WANT TO INVITE EVERYONE SUFFERING TO JOIN EXPOSE THEM ON AIR SO THAT THE WHOLE NATION CAN SEE HOW HORRIBLE GEMS IS AND STAY I AWAY. FROM THIS ORGANISATION.
