Does Gems care ?

Required authorisation for an urgent matter . But with gems, one as to wait like alost a week for underwriters to revert. For me this is very sad cause as a paying customer you have to wait and yet in a public hospital an urgent matter will be attended to at least in 2 days. Instead of assisting they actually causing more problems.
