Doctor not paid,under investigation.

<p>I am sitting here very frustrated, I’m at the point where I don’t know what to do. On the 23rd of August 2016 my dependent was admitted to hospital and discharged on the 27th same month same yr. My problem here is the doctor that admitted him has not been paid till now. I received a letter and statement from the doctor informing me that I should pay her since she is on indirect payment with GEMS, fine I followed up the matter with GEMS and was told that the doctor is under investigation and I should just keep on phoning to find out how far is the investigation. I have made multiple phone calls with no luck at all, while the doctor is sending me statements to pay her, here are the reference numbers for my phone calls (MH ********** 6, MH ********** 1, MH ********** 1, MH ********** 9, MH ********** 2). I know investigations differ and you cannot tell how long it will last but I just need an advice, what am I supposed to do in this situation?</p>
