Do not give service as they promise

<p>paying thousands of rand for a medical aid and you can not use your benefits. Try to solve it than there is 100 excuses from gems side. Made a query to complaints to gems and absolutely nothing. Never in my life have i experienced such bad service from a medical aid!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
