Dissatisfied client

GEMS is unfair I have to remove my wisdom tooth and going for theatre,now Medclinic Meulmed just informed that I must pay the co-payment of R3000 to cover for additional minutes in theatre because GEMS only covers 60 minutes in theatre.I am dissatisfied because whenever I pay copayments GEMS does not pay back the full amount I paid they'll only refund half the money,it's not fair.
