Dissatisfied beyond words

I cannot begin to describe the dissatisfaction I have experienced with Gems not wanting to payout for a necessary procedure. I have been given multiple excuses as to why my request cannot be approved and every time it’s resubmitted according to how they have specified, it’s still incorrect. Medical aid is paid for every month but when it’s time for them to pay out for a needed medical procedure they give you run arounds.
